# Get Store Profile

> Naver SmartStore / Brand Store seller profile — channel name, description, logo, follower and sale counts, seller grade.

Fetch a **Naver SmartStore or Brand Store seller profile** by its storefront slug. Returns the channel name and description, logo, SNS links, follower and sale counts, seller grade, CS response ratio and business type.

## Errors

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| `404` | The requested resource does not exist or has been removed. |
| `422` | Naver served a challenge instead of content — **not billed**. Retry; it succeeds. |
| `502` | Unexpected upstream failure — **not billed**. |
